ADA Complaints Process

If a complaint is received through the Office of Adaptive Educational Services (AES) or the Office of Equal Opportunity (OEO), AES or OEO contacts UAO identified code compliance expert and requests an evaluation.

A UAO identified code compliance expert evaluates the complaint for code compliance, determines any actions required and communicates those findings to requestor.

If action items are identified, the requestor would submit a CFS Request for Services identifying the action items recommended by the UAO identified code compliance expert.

The CFS RFS would then follow the normal route as any other project request.
