Dear Customer,

In our continuing effort to enhance customer satisfaction, we in Maintenance believe it is important to communicate which services we provide as part of our ongoing program (at no additional cost) and which ones will be charged back when requested.  The following information is presented by building system.  Each building system type is divided into two sections:  on the left (in white) are the services provided through CFS maintenance accounts; on the right (in blue) are services for which customers are financially responsible. Maintenance baseline services are those which apply to all campus buildings regardless of building use. Systems that are for specific academic, programmatic, or research purposes are not part of the baseline services and require funding from customers.
