Building Services

In our continuing effort to enhance customer satisfaction, we in Custodial Services believe it is important to communicate which services we provide as part of our ongoing program (at no additional cost) and which services will be charged back when requested. The following information is presented by space type. Each space type is divided into two sections: services provided routinely as a part of our normal program and services for which you will be charged back when requested. Baseline services are those which apply to all campus buildings regardless of building use.

Recharge Rates

  • Maintenance - $50
  • Fire Protection - $50
  • Grounds - $35
  • Building Services - $21

If you desire to request a service that is funded by the requesting department, contact the CFS Call Center. Once the Service Request is received by the Center and logged into our Work Request system, a CFS Work Request will be created and forwarded to the appropriate Operations Supervisor, who will contact you to set up the service requested.
